Arden is a corporate governance expert and throughout his career, he has advised boards of directors of publicly traded companies on various critical matters. Arden has a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law. He enjoys biking, sci-fi movies, and traveling with his wife and two children.
